Open Positions-

Lead Carpenter-

Job position requires the ability to work independently without supervision. Skill level must be proficient enough to be able to teach apprentice/Crew skills when needed. Job duties include supervision of other crew members on job sites or in the absence of owner.

Crew Lead-

Job duties include hands on field work. Prefer that applicants have the ability to drive/backup/maneuver enclosed trailers, dump trailers and other trucks and equipment. Will be responsible for various stages of work from start to finish under the direct supervision or owner or Lead Carpenter. 4+ years experience is required for this position.

Crew Hand-

Job duties include hands on field work. Prefer that applicants have some experience with hauling loaded trailers. Will need to have experience operating a wide range of power and hand tools. Should have 2+ years experience in residential construction if applying to this role. Will be supervised by Crew Lead/Lead Carpenter

Apprentice-

This is an entry level position for a person interested in entering the trade. This position will require an active drivers license. Preferred applicants will have some general knowledge and experience operating hand and power tools but will be given training courses for safety compliance. Required experience for this position is 6 months in residential construction. Knowledge in similar trades may be considered toward experience.
